Your submission was probably blammed because it was indeed a 'test' animation. On Newgrounds, the majority of users expect full 'feature' animations, and if they come across something that isn't what they expect, they'll act irrationally hostile towards it.
If you're looking to receive critique on your test animations, so you can improve your skills, I might suggest that you post somewhere besides NG. Then, when your abilities are refined, and you want to make a feature cartoon, then be sure to submit it here. :)
